-Lead overall strategy and execution within Strategic National Retailer, including the development of Marketing plans, Advertising strategy, promotion development, training, merchandising execution, and mindshare at the point of sale.
-Driving sales improvement.
-Grow Client’s share of activations by assuring company exceeds competition in all facets.
-Improve customer experience by evaluating processes of both the Client and Retailer.
-Increase profitability by driving KPIs through promotions, offers, training, and advertising.
-Interact with Retailer senior-level management to develop sales goals and growth initiatives.
-Act as single-point-of-contact to channel partner for all business requirements.
-Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to accomplish desired business objectives.
-Support, coordinate and lead field sales teams to implement national and local objectives.
-Ability to present to executive management for approval and implementation.
-Negotiation with Retailer to achieve desired strategies and tactics.


Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of sales or indirect channel management experience.
5+ years of indirect marketing and strategy.
Graduate-level degree preferred.
PowerPoint presentation skills.
Leadership skills to set direction and work through others to accomplish objectives.
Self-motivator who takes calculated risks and consistently demonstrates positive results.
Competencies include strategic and critical analysis of business cases.
Strong marketing and sales skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Executive-level management interaction.
